FRAGRANCE RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Thank you for choosing Tailor-made Scents. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, and we want to ensure a seamless return process for such situations.
To qualify for a refund, you must return the product within seven calendar days of receipt. Ensure that the fragrance and its packaging are in the same condition as when received, unopened and undamaged.
Please follow these steps to return your fragrance:

Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the product and packaging. If all conditions are met, we will process your refund to the original payment method, minus a 20% restocking fee. For credit card payments, please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
If the fragrance arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at 1 (678) 580-8938. We will either replace the damaged product or issue a full refund.
If we receive the returned product damaged, or if the return is initiated after seven calendar days, the refund will not be eligible.
